SleepFIX ideally enhances the IsoFix system
As safety experts for street traffic have discovered, the attachment of a baby carrier in the car with the IsoFix system can lead to a relatively steep fastening angle of the car seat. This can result in a safety risk since there is a chance that the upper body can tip too far forwards: for example in an accident or when the baby falls asleep. The child is then no longer fully located within the protection zone of the car seat and is potentially at increased risk. This is why we now offer the special SANDINI-SleepFIX pillows by Osann for babies as well. The shape and size of the pillows complements the anatomy of babies so they provide a more stable seating position.
In a standalone test, ÖKO-TEST magazine (3/2007) rated the SANDINI pillow (item 198) as "very good."
